Creating concepts
Understanding and accurately interpreting the service users’ demanding and evolving audio and hearing protection needs is second nature to us. We can work with your engineering and user representatives to turn your requirements into world-class, rugged audio ancillary solutions. Our responsive variant engineering and New Product Introduction (NPI) teams are structured to prototype products and technologies. 3D printed CAD designs rapidly assist in developing an idea into a fully qualified solution.

Design
Audio acoustic, mechanical, electronic and software design engineering work collaboratively, following agile project management methodology, directed by our formal gated processed to ensure New Product Introduction (NPI) is delivered to meet quality and time requirements.
Support
Prototyping
We pride ourselves in variant engineering existing products to meet customer-specific applications. We work closely with your engineering and in-service support teams to optimise product solutions. Our variant engineering team are highly experienced and able to deploy off site with the full array of test and integration equipment to develop your specific interface requirements.
Testing
Products and variants are designed and rigorously tested to verify design and performance. Our in-house test capabilities include a state-of-the-art anechoic chamber, noise room, EMC chamber and a wide selection of industry-standard test and measurement equipment. Verification and certification are both outsourced to provide independent reports and certification.
NOISE SURVEY
To accurately identify user environmental noise profiles our experienced acoustic engineers can deploy to your site, measure and sample the typical noise exposure profiles your team are exposed to. This data gathering enables informed decision-making and product recommendations to protect your team in their specific working environment.
Operations
Manufacturing
Manufacturing, supply, logistics and quality assurance teams operate internally and externally with our partners to provide a seamless delivery capability. Supply chain management procure and plan production activity, working closely with our supply partners to achieve on-time delivery in the most cost-effective manner. The production team work in efficient, lean lines, following automated work and test instructions. Finally, the logistic team pack to your requirement and distribute to your specified location. This whole manufacturing process is underpinned by a robust, certified and externally audited quality management process.
